The Eco-Melter was created specificly to drasticly reduce the amount of waste plsstic that reaches our oceans and waterways.
The Eco-Melter is an in-home,or business, plastic recycling/melting appliance.
The Eco-Melter chips, stores, and then melts all your grade 1 plastics into Eco-Blocks, Eco-Pellets or Eco-Moulds!
The Eco-Melter only melts the plastic when a certain weight is attained in the storage chamber.
This may take weeks or months depending on how much waste plastic your household generates.
So this means no more storage space is required in your home or business to store bags and bags of plastic bottles, juice containers, pill bottles etc.
After The Eco-Melter melts and cools your Eco-Blocks,Eco-Pellets or Eco-Moulds, you apply the postage paid label and mail them back to a company who will reuse the waste plastic for other products!

Our mission is simply to reduce the amount of waste plastics that are entering our oceans, waterways, and our planet in general.

Functionalty and Construction
Functionalty
Chipping and storage:
The Eco-Melter funtions much like a paper shredder.
Waste plastic, (pop bottles, juice containers etc.), are deposited via a deposit portal.
Bottle caps and labels are to be removed before depositing.
Items need to be rinsed before depositing into The Eco-Melter.
Plastic bags are deposited in a seperate deposit portal and stored untill melting time.
The plastic is then chipped up and stored in the storage/melting chamber.
The chips are stored in the storage chamber untill the weight sensor senses a certain weight.then it automaticly
begins the melting process.
The melted plastic is then extruded into moulds placed in the bottom chamber.
Construction
Construction of The Eco-Melter consists of an outer shell like the example picture shown above.
The top outside portion would contain the control panel and gauges.
The top inside would contain the chipping unit.
The chips then fall into the middle section which contains the storage chamber.
At the bottom of the storage chamber is the plastic extruder/melter.
The extruder then extrudes the melted plastic into the bottom section containing the moulds.
A drawer at the bottom front of unit to tetreive cooled Eco-Blocks or Pellets.
